A webinar on patient engagement, opening with why patient engagement offers important benefits to patients and practices alike, then describing the value of practice-level and patient-level engagement and reasons why it is a good idea for clinicians to focus on both types. Strategies that have been proven to increase patient engagement were shared, with examples drawn from projects that supported patients with heart failure. Questions followed the presentation.
